Career Progression Plan

Trained technicians are called for a Level III practical Test and assessment after a period of fifteen months work site experience. Further training at the institute is given for one month and these Technicians deployed at site for further two years experience.

Thereafter these Technicians have to take Level II practical and oral test, and for successful candidates two weeks training is given at the Institute and deployed to site for further two years experience. Such Technicians are to return for Level I practical and theory test.

Technicians completing successfully the above training to the standards required under the continuous assessment are awarded the respective trade certification and stand a chance to be recognized for regular placement.
